Not sure if folks here are aware of this incident overseas involving a Hummer that ran down a police officer by accident.
I have always supported Thomas B and have always felt he was the victom of a witch hunt. The site and facts are in german so you need to use google translate to read. The tide is now turning towards Toms side. Anyway i thought i would share this poor fellows debacle.
 
There has been a few updates and news tidbits. Encouraging news for Tom who now has a new legal team. I used google tranlate to get the article in english so its not perfect. Hang in there Tom!!!

On Thursday, October 11, 2012, in Hungary / Apátfalva a tragic traffic accident occurred resulting in death of a participating Hungarian traffic cops. A convoy consisting of four lobster was on his way home to Austria. In a traffic stop, it came to a head.

After several hours of observation and analysis of the original videos, over the entire course of the accident - in super slow motion and enlarged resulting in a serious contradiction:

One of the Hungarian police, the use of pepper spray (also möglicherweie pepper spray) vehemently denied in his statements, but about revised in February 2013. Now he claims that, although actually this spray was used, but only after Tom had left the vehicle!

When viewing the video at normal speed, it is actually not noticeable, but in super slow motion it's surprisingly clear - the COP rises from his motorcycle from - SPRINTS to Tom Hummer - with an outstretched arm CLEARLY TO ARMPIT IN the DRIVER'S ROOM - and pulls it bltzartig back and jump backwards with a twist away. He immediately jumps back because he had to be aware of Tom's reaction! Police officers are trained for missions with this weapon! Obviously, this police officer but overlooked that his unfortunate colleague is facing Toms vehicle and rammed it.
