I have never seen a 2500 or f-250, or a 2500 ram with coil springs. The load capacity just isnt there with coil springs. Air bags yes. But im assuming you want to get rid of those?

The 2500HD uses leaf springs in the back.
There are a TON of sites offering airbag to coil spring kits for the H2 as well as replacement coil springs if that is all you need. I'm looking to run helper airbags inside my factory coils for when I am trailering a heavy load. I think that is the best of both worlds.
