just 2 points may I suggest a rest/ first aid tent and porta potties as the Timmies had a 15 minute line up for the ladies room.
The rest / first aid tent is because sun stroke and sun burns are your biggest issues at open air events. But for only six weeks you did one great job!

Re: Offroad show to benefit Tim Bosma's family
thank you gadgets and I agree the whole community... I don't think there should be a divide just because of the rig you drive. the sport is offroading .. not jeeping or rangering.. it offroading.
and shotgun everythimg was arranged we had several first aid people there but unfortunately someone that was attending the show thought it would be fun y to tell the tent/porta potty guy that he was not allowed to drop the stuff off as It was a private function... I spoke to the company as I was inquirng where they were that's when I was advised what they were told. but ty for the compliment

Chris for 6 weeks you did a great job. Just mentioned the only two short falls for next time. We have a 10' by 20' carport which is extremely wind prone. We left it in favour of a portable generator for a video display that another truck was bringing but didn't.
On the first aid point Rhino carries first aid supplies and a St John's ambulance trained evac person (former Scout Master with field extraction training)
I hope the joker had to wait on restroom at Timmes.
I like critics to tell me about problems (I arrange our Xmas party originally set in Kingston for 3 years 2 under me and 2 in Toronto the 6th annual may change yet again. The first in Toronto became a monster as the restuarant went wonky after count went way up. The stress caused some medical problems and club President took over.) This year it may change again.
We also mount the Christmas Hummer with over 300 led xmas lights two wreaths 24' of candy cane rope lights a 6' reindeer and pine garland ( 3rd time this year with even more lights)
You only learn by doing and mistakes are just teaching tools.

rhino, you are hired for next year... lol pay is very low but the peace of mind is worth it.lol thanks shotgun I hope you didn't take that wrong, I was pretty upset that they showed up and left without talking to me. we had nurses and fireman walking around also but you know what first aiders can never have enough eyes

Re: Offroad show to benefit Tim Bosma's family
Chris just posted in the Facebook group stating the event raised $4415.20 for the Bosma family and there is the possibility of more still rolling in. The event also offered a big business boom to the locals in that area.
