A true nooby question

i just bought  a 04  yello Hummer and i have no  freaking  idea how to turn on those  lower fog lights ..... i cant  find a switch

or  in the program  list



oh BTW hello  im new to this  site  and  by the looks of it ill be here alot ...lol

also  do i need to buy  the  adapter  if i want to install a  aftermarket  deck
