Okay I've got a few issues I need to sort out.
First one is the blower motor. I just replaced it and I can hear it running on all speeds, however, it does not come out of any of the ports(defrost, floor, or vents). It's an aftermarket blower motor so is it possible that it is blowing the wrong direction. I have manually moved all the dampers so I'm coming to the conclusion that this may be the problem. Haven't pulled the new blower out yet but wondering if it's just a matter of reversing the wires or what? Rear heater works great.
On another note, down at floor level on passenger side, there is a couple of small hoses that are open to the floor. Are these just condensation drains or are they supposed to go somewhere. I grabbed one and it just snapped off in my hand with no effort at all.
Second problem is that the truck will stall every once in a while when driving. On one trip it stalled 1/2 dozen times within 20 minutes. It cranks for a bit and starts up but it definitely cranks longer than normal. If I wait 30 seconds after it stalls then it will fire right away. Am I looking at a simple fuel filter issue or is it a fuel pump about to fail and this is a warning sign.
Anyone else have either of these issues.

First issue: reverse the wires to the fan. That will solve that.
Second issue: Those hoses connect to the bottom of the hvac system to drain water out of it through a drain in the passenger tunnel. It can be fixed. It happens to 99% of H1 owners. The plastic Acme used turns to Swiss cheese.
Third issue: sounds like your PMD (pump mounted driver) is failing. It is located under the passenger side manifold. You can try pouring cold water over it when your truck acts up. If it starts again, then you found your problem. It will be a great idea to get a new PMD and remote mount it to somewhere cooler. The get heat soaked and the internals degrade on them after a while.

Any recommendations on PMD? Are there some that are better than others? What should I expect to pay for one?

There are only two manufacturers for PMD's; Standyne or D-Tech. You'll get a huge debate over which is better. Either one really is fine. Just get one with a great warranty. I'll try to find where a good place is when I get home. I have that info saved there.

Here is what I just got from the previous owner. Fuel driver, #5 style resistor, PMD cooler and cable were replaced just under 3 yrs ago. IS that a normal life span for these things?

So it has a cooler on it? That's one plus (depending on where it was relocated to). I heard from some guys that they're still on the original while others have had one die within a few months. It's hard to say how long they last. It's just one if those parts, but 3 years isn't bad at all for a PMD.

Re: Couple issues here. Blower motor and possible fuel issue
Cooler is located up on the drivers side just in front of windshield. Ran without a hitch today but I'm sure it's just teasing me and waiting until I get on the trail with a truckload of people.
On the plus side, the heat now works, at least on the feet and windshield. Control knob for adjusting output areas does nothing but I'm fine with it for now. Need to do some sealing on the ducting though as it doesn't have a lot of air blowing out by the time it gets to driver's side, but at least it clears the windshield now.

Going by giverdiesel's thread you may want to go with the D-Tech PMD

One last question about this. When I replace the pmd, is it required or recommended that I replace the #5 resistor as well. Or is that unrelated? Planning to order a dtech from dtech in Winnipeg and if I need both, I want to get them both in one order.

Might as well replace the resistor, It is only a few bucks compared to the PMD
