Ontario Xmas dinner /gathering 2013

Ok see Nov30th gathering why I posted the date originally was so people knew about when it would be. Last year we lost some as they bought tickets for events that day even this year we had people cause a change to allow them to come. I was also hoping for some more input (unfortunately that plan fell thru). If you were present last year you know Santa appeared and gave out toys to Children and small "Truck gifts" on trucks present and some specials. This takes time and money to gather (Oct.31 date gives time to shop for these) Last year We thats Santa and us tossed a bag of extra toys into Toy Mountain.

Oh I know the longer notice the better, I just know this club, and the events that take place. The last few days is where people finally commit it seems, which makes it difficult for what Santa is trying to do. I missed last year, don't want to miss this year.
 
Come on people, this is a good time, and good food, lets get some commitments in to help Santa make his list!!

I have 3 trucks and crews Beets ,sub and rhino and two maybes one after dinner Timmies show up . I've bitten the bullet and held off confirming numbers till nov12 then poof.

I should be able to show up. I just might not have my truck with me, but its all the same. Right guys!

Myself and Shay are trying to work it into the plan. We will have a HML member -only zeek- in the city at that time and he was looking to hook up and meet a few locals. I figure this might be a good oppourtunity. I face near impossible odds of making it again this year which would suck but i will make the effort nevertheless.to do so.. I will pass the info to the event onto the HML for -only zeek as well. Would be great to see all you guys!!

Gathering is still a go. Today marks the 3rd all out Christmas Hummer with Rhino gaining new lower wattage led rope and larger led main string of light new colour changer leds. Only the front wreath has survived all 3 with new lights each year. and yes even with defective (or incorrect ) rear springs ( new ones stuck in customs due in Tuesday ) a 37 inch flat front deck on ARB bumper.
