Re: H2 Cold Air Intake
Hey Derek,
If you plan to offroad, I would suggest the one from Volant, simply because it keep sthe filter protected and nets you a significant increase to airflow and power. As well, it will be the better choice for winter driving since it won't allow the excessively cold air to frost/condensate in the engine.
If however, you are rarely offroad, I would suggest an AFE or Airaid intake.
I would also suggest a throttle body spacer to really get the most out of the upgrade.
Hope this helps,
Kev

Re: H2 Cold Air Intake
I have the air raid on my rig.....notice no difference from stock. Don't waste your money on this type of thing IMHO

Re: H2 Cold Air Intake
Was gonna get the Air Raid kit but did a fair amount of research on this and it is a waste of money. The stock air filter flows better then the aftermarket stuff so I'm just going to put a new air filter in it. I have done some programming in the pcm which has made a huge difference in the way it drives. A little bit better fuel mileage and a more responsive engine.
