Help again please...

I had bought a Poweraid Throttle Body Spacer, looks easy to install, bought the Airaid MIT Intake hose to allow for the extra space around the Rad Fan, even changed back to Factory Air Filter as it will not work the K&N KIT, so here is my situation, I finished the MOD, double and triple checked all the hoses and fitting to be tight and snug, took it for a test drive to confirm all is well... drove on the highway at around 60 MPH, everything looked and sounded good, drove on some city streets, all seemed good, drove around for about 20 Minutes and then all of a sudden, the "check engine" light comes on, the truck is running as smooth as normal, I stop and let it idle, it seems to idle fine so I shutdown the truck and take a look under the hood, everything still looks tight and snug.



I have now checked it all over and it seems fine but before I rip it all out and go back to the K&N, any advice? Not sure why check engine would be on if everything seems to be running fine....

I have also removed the Neg Battery Terminal to see if this would reset the check engine light, no luck, I just took it again for a 60 KM road test... Nothing usual about the way she is running.. actually seems to be a bit better on the gas as my aver is down to 15.5L/100KM at about 110KMph better then the old 18L/100km



anyways I am confused, could use a bit of help before I rip it apart again to remove the Throttle body spacer..

thanks anyways Bob, I ripped out the throttle body spacer for now.. will do some more research them maybe attempt it again when I get back from Europe... 4 days and counting......... <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... >/grin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';D' />
