H3 Front drive(propellor) failure

Post by shotgun-cam »

Rhino just blew his front drive shaft ( injury may have started long ago with first transfer case/ front diff failure) seal at end failed and enclosed bearing destroied itself the shaft and housing. If you hear noise like crunching popcans or get abs fault message have front driveshaft checked especailly the sealiinside the rear enclosed bearing housing . If damaged truck can be driven in 4 high without drive shaft till it can be replaced or rebuilt. Shaft removal/replacement takes about a half an hour eachway.
The shop in Toronto used by GM dealers and independant shop is Cardanic Driveshaft and Machine Shop Ltd.175 Toryork Dr ( off Weston Rd north of Finch Follow Accident reporting Centre signs from Weston Rd) unit 61 phone 416 743 6497 Fast(for us 24hrs in holiday season turn around) and rebuilt at a reasonable price.
