I talked to them today and they admit there is a recall but say it is not released yet... Kind of smells like BS considering Gram already got his letter.
They quickly said I will be reimbursed for the repair and are very concerned that I will be pulling out all my trucks...bla bla bla. I am not at all impressed with this kind of shady crap from the so called factory safe harbour for these trucks. They keep trying to get me to trade my H2 up to a GM pick up.... Perhaps the dealers are trying to be rid of the Hummers and make them extinct once and for all. To me a GM pick-up is trading down and I likely will never feel any different.
On the bright side....Thanks to you guys and this forum. This information just paid my Alpha dues for the next 10 years!
