Wheels (x 5) can be taken for $500 with Rims and SMTP valves on them and black 5 lug nuts per rim and key

I do not have a pic of the roof lights. They are brand new in the box from GM. Just took the wiring harness from it when I bought them. You can probably download a pic from any Hummer site.
I'll check for the gas door if it's not too dip in a box. Will get back to you.
