Re: Wrenching Party
If there is a shortage of things to do i have a drivers window regulator issue that needs a diagnostic. Motor works, switch works but window sticks halfway and you have to help it up or down past where it sticks. Hoping its a backed out screw or something simple.
Also need my starter looked at as it grinds out from time to time for like the past 5 years LOL
All other issues i have are too boring to get into for a wrenching party IMO
Always happy to help with other trucks as well. I think it would be fun to yank the Jagger motor. We could learn a bunch from that!!

Re: Wrenching Party
So far,
Kevin maybe a window alignment,H1
Ron maybe running boards on an H3
Chris has a project he is doing slowly H1
Sonny may need an e brake pull and brake check-- good truck to do a lot of teaching with
James may need a check over and some repair/tires
If all show, this could be a busy day of work and training.

You should post these events for others to think about coming.

Re: Wrenching Party
I guess no body wanted to use the shop and tools,
I thank Chris ,Andrea, Kevin P. ,Ron and Kevin T. for showing up to lend a hand fixing trucks.
---nobody else showed---
They all did a great deed without getting dirty, other than eating at the BBQ.
On Sept 20., I will need a comfirmed showing or event will be cancelled.

Re: Wrenching Party
I have my Fox 2.0 shocks on order for my H2 and should get them next week. Maybe I should cancel my install appt and bring them out to be put on. Also my rear wiper doesn't work just makes a clicking noise but the wiper does not turn. So I have work to be done. Also have a squeaking noise first thing in the morning when I turn right. Mechanic cannot figure out what it is as it only does it for the first 15 mins in the morning and then the sound disappears.

Lets see whom else will be out, I do not like to shut down for a wrenching party and do nothing!
