Re: 2000 H1 No Start
Truck is here! Motor ended up seized in the previous shops efforts.. So I just had it shipped up here to deal with it. It's a little rougher than I thought it would be but I also like a blank canvas so I'm just happy it's here. More to come, just need to find a shop to swap the motor for me.

Re: 2000 H1 No Start
Current status, getting a 6.5TD transplant about half done.
Motor confirmed to be seized when it got here. When we drained it there was only about 4L of coolant in it so that might be a good reason as I think the capacity is about 25L? Found a motor from a diesel shop with about 80k on it so I took the chance. If it goes again it'll be a p400 from Roy I think.
Hopefully job will be done in a couple weeks and we'll see what else it needs.
Thank you to all that chimed in, I greatly appreciate all the guidance! I'm looking forward to getting behind the wheel and finding a couple Honda Civics that would look good flatter... haha!

UPDATE! IT'S ALIVE!!
Replaced motor, figured out the wiring rat's nest that it was, looks like work was done to this truck in the past and I'm being told it might not even be the original motor that seized.
Got to hear it run for the first time today, a few more parts to get things back to road worthy and then it's time to drive over some stuff. I'm thinking Sherway Gardens parking lot is a good place to change a few compact cars to "sub-compact."
I'll post when she rolls out. I'm going to drive her like this (yellow) for a month or two and then have the paint done (likely hydro blue matte to match my Jeep).
Thanks again for everyone's guidance thus far! Looking forward to meeting a few more of you soon!

That's great news! Your patience is amazing! Good practice for later when you begin to find all the little things that are "not so good" from certain non OEM parts installed (eg balljoints), worn out stuff and add ons the were not added on so well.
Not being negative.... just been there. There is light at the end of the tunnel and lots of excellent tech experience on here from the Roys, Kevs, and Green Meanies..etc. I am more of the "holy shi# did that just happen!?" crew, but over the last 2 years I learned a ton of detail on these trucks.
It is a good plan to drive it yellow for a while and let the mechanical issues surface and be dealt with before getting a nice new paint job scratched up in the shops. You can do the scratching later having some fun... Sherway Gardens parking lot and /or trails.
PS: Kev is 100% right. If you end up changing this engine definitely spend the few extra bucks and slide in the P-400. It is the best one built.
All the best!
