Just wondering would this board bring in more people and more post if it wasn't so private? So people can read the forms but they would have to sign up to post or something

Only section private is the Alpha,Free to sign up....the sign up section eliminates spam and unwanted hackers

There are many forums. Its good to join all of them and share back and forth etc expand the learning. I spend a bit of time on each.

Roy he means you cant really vew topics unless you signed in.....its actually good for the forum to be google friendly and readable so new visitors can browse with no stress

Correct!!! I mean a "stranger" that just bought a hummer can google and bam, he can be directed here, and heck, hopefully sign in after a while..

Was just thinking it might drum up more biz, being more open to the public without signing in at first...

For what it takes to sign in the first time, if you are interested on what is inside, you would do the free sign in. Got to have some kind of resistance.
