Does anyone know the general area that I'll look?

Lately it's switching super slow, normally I push and needle goes up fast ,now I'm waiting 30sec, to a minute.., so wanted to see,...,,and prepare in case, hehe


I was just googling prices..... little bugger seems pricy

Ha! I just changed mine a few months ago. I got all new fuel lines too so I dont remember what the valve was on it's own. Too far from home to look for the receipt.

Sheezz I haven't gone under yet, but lol thought it would be regular hose clamps etc, nothing different..,,

Ya I googled and showed its n passenger side frame sorta near the transfer case,.,,, gone be warmer today, so will see,..,,

And I thought those things would last forever, but I guess electrical...,so anything prone


It still switching tanks, but lol I'm sure it's on it's last legs...

New they are pricey, 300+ US, i broke mine picking body up, missed disconnecting the two lines that cross the tunnel, i picked one up from a wrecker for $50 CAD, its a ford part, once you get it out you will see the ford part number on the side

6C3Z9189A Was the parts cross, basically 2006-2015 f series truck,.... I used to love walking threw wrkcing yards, always like grabbing a good deal,.... Lol makes the day better,...heehhe would ha a nice weekend job

used on a lot of older trucks, with duel tanks.Buy some new locking tabs in case the old ones break, 2 sizes. , Need small hands to do this job. BTW, it is a common problem as long with the fuel lines getting an air hole.
