Side mount turbo

Post by Monk »

Well after digging and diggin , this is exactly what I was talking about, when I say driver side turbo for the n/a,

This way you can fit any turbo, and zero lift required,

Isn't this a great idea? Basically the n/a had all sorts of room, now I'm just dreaming but , don't think I've seen a set up like this

Not worth all the time and effort! A whipple Supercharger for the N/A diesel would be far less complicated to install and more reliable. And you wouldn't have to relocate everything on the driver's side!

Your probably right, well ARE RIGHT

When/if my motor goes I always go there what if?

In my drag racing days, I pulled my 400 Pontiac and replaced with a 454 Ls7 marine motor,

And always swapped different motors, but it's bee about 25 yrs and I sorta have (damn Roy) Cummins motor in my head,..

I've also put a divorced transfer case in my 4x4 so making drive shafts not a big deal... Ohh well back to dreaming and think
