Gawddddd, I love those fat swampers .... I'm assuming your On nice radials now?

My only issue with interco is "for bias" I get only a year and a half max!!! Pretty shitty after we drop decent change down

Bought a new set with the stickers still on "kijiji set " last year March and now it's below wear bar,....

I just like the bias looks!! But I should be smarter and break down and and try radials

Passed emissions with a .6/30 average. Not my best one but still blowing pretty clean at 135k miles.
Mechanic i talked to there says its going to get nuts on the certifications and its started already.
They are full..
Pretty clear the Gov wants old vehicles off the road.
Just a matter of time.

Any help would be appreciated. I am getting the run around with this new safety BS. Most mechanics will not even look at the Humvee. It is easier to work on than my Jeep. Anyhow, does someone know a mechanic in Toronto that does safeties?

I can't get a trip plate without safety, can't get safety without road test.... how does any of this make sense.

The truck is a 1987 M998 with 29000 miles and holding

Figured it would be a pain to get safties, after this summer safety "additions"

I "re" got a safety in spring JUST weeks before they changed,...

Lol, I went to BC for say 3-4 years and when I wen to the ministry they tell me they didn't have on record, my truck was out of province, meaning, I didn't even have to re-safety.....

But on a good note, was given a handle full of "to do" which was good to keep safe.,,..

Ps.....when Roy mentions a "wrench party" in summer (since your from T.O.) , do attend , he has many many parts on hand/stock (some parts you might have to call ahead) and you and other enthusiast will all help each other that day, makes a good day of production / friends / and "in my case " safety issues that needed done, BAD.... hehehe

And the knowledge you learn is crazy, seriously one day I realized a lot of things,....which helps with future projects

I finally got my plates on Friday. I found a mechanic in North York that was a bit easier to get to. I took the Humvee out for the virgin cruise on Saturday.
