  Welcome.

There are some pretty savvy owners here when it comes to mods.

  Where is your property located?

Perhaps we can do an off-road trip there

i am not very savy when it comes to navagating sights so if for some reason when i post a replyand it doesn't make it i probably did something wrong. i dont know how to reply to a personal account.

the property is surrounded by unopened road allowance and is a very easy drive, however i would like to use my backhoe to open the property up so you can get down and dirty if you want.

the camp on the land has electricity, water ,hot& cold shower, toilet and sleeps eight people. i am thinking about an addition and four small cabins.
