Re: HUMMER Driving Academy 2009
I took the course when I got my H1 in 1999.
Expensive, yes, but I saved a fortune in broken parts to learn what I did in one week there.
Also, they treated us like kings, first class all the way, and gifted us every day with stuff like a handheld GPS, $200 jackets, $200 leather cases, etc. Plus of course the Academy jackets.
I do not know if the gifts are still done.
The instructors were fantastic, and dedicated. Meals, drinks and hotel were the best they have.
Worth every penny, and a truly great time. And you get invited to all the annual Academy Events. Service manuals comlete on CD's were mailed to me every year for several years. Lots more.
If you can do it, GO!
Say hello to Tim Bonadies for me.
