Tips and Tricks

Post by dwaxman1 »

Remember to Share any TIP and Trick that you find with your trucks.. we all will learn and benefit from this and if we all share together then we will all learn from it..

Tip One..

Bought 24 LED 3157 bulbs off Ebay for my 2005 H2 front signal lights.. the diameter is to large and they will not fit into the housing.. don't waste time or money, unless you want to shave off the plastic on the bulb or housing (not recommended)..

Swapped out all my 194 bulbs for LEDs.. they look great and draw lots less voltage.. Highly recommend!!

One I am using is for the interior center console and other plastics of the same color.

The metallic charcoal color of the center console, and interior door latch buckets....should you need to repaint them.....I found that Dupli-color Wheel coating CHWP10200 Graphite  to be a near perfect match.
