Navigation Suspended Operation
Does anyone know if the suspended operation of the Navigation System while the vehicle is moving can be bypassed to allow the passanger to utilize the Nav. system while the vehicle is moving??? <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... #>/huh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='???' /> It really sucks having to pull over to the side of the road to look up the closest restaurant on the Nav when the passanger could just do it. The Nav. system in the 2004 allowed the passanger to input while the vehicle is moving.

Re: Navigation Suspended Operation
this is not an easy task...there are a lot of wires you need to cut and then install a switch as the NAV is interconnected with the wheels and speed somehow...I had read a post one time about this somewhere as I tried to ask the same question once too. on another forum.
