ONTARIO---Rib Fest in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Saturday, June 20th.

Norm a 10  am arrival works well last year very few organizers were there before  also nice and easy to slide in to positions .We had to be escorted out as path is thru main event area. Every one bring sun equipement hats sunglasses spf 90 sunscreen etc.very limited shade even with our carport/tent

  Our arrival time is scheduled for 11:30 am.

  The grounds only open for business at 11:00.



  There is not a problem getting the trucks in; when we had a dozen Hummers there we had

  no problems  with even late arrivals, and no problems getting Hummers out at any time.

  There is a plan, and there is no issue.

we could all meet at the North Lounge, at least anyone coming this way and go from there and pick up trucks up along the way...

  I think we will be a dozen, perhaps more.



  The North Lounge really doesn't work.



  Those based below or near the 401 ought not to have to go so far north.



  I would suggest somewhere just after the Burlington Bridge.

That works for all, even those coming from west of the bridge.



  Maybe the Tim Hortons at the QEW and Casablanca Road?
