An Open Letter to GM

Dear Sirs;

Many people who want to buy Hummers are sitting on the fence awaiting a decision on if Hummer will survive as a brand. May I suggest that Hummer if it does not sell it be absorbed by GMC the H3 is mostly a GMC product the HX is developed and both have market exposure ( Transformers movie ). These two vehicles would fill a market you are abandoning to Jeep.

You also have another vested entity the present Hummer Owners.You wish to keep buyer loyalty prove it put us back in the loop stop playing games. My brother and I had a 2001 GMC Jimmy which was traded in on Our 08 H3 Alpha. In Canada you have a spotty record on parts availabilty 1 month waits on drivetrain parts on an 08 H3, no front diff's for H2 05/06, 4 months for frame line retainer clips and a skidplate bolt lost / damaged during an oil change in dealer last October ( still waiting). Please put in writting a pledge that for X years all parts will be available. Also post directly to The Hummmer club Inc and The Canadian Hummer Club press releases and warranty site lists.
