Take out your runflats. They are probably two piece units and they may be loose. I have been running with no runflats on my 40's for quite some time without a problem.

I have one piece Runflats in my and they add weight but Phil balanced nice, I have a bit of vibration around 65-70mphs but I don;t put my truck that hard so no big issue.

I would suggest you go back to Phil and let him have a look at it, there isn't anything he can't fix

Im going to take a guess and say its probably a wheel balancing issue. Give the plastic bead test a try. I wouldnt be too concerned about the CTIS being cloged with the bb's because its fed inside at the rim, and i would highly doubt a bead would find itself in that spot at the same time your airing down. I dont know how the seel rims are setup, but i believe on the aluminum ones the air feed is theaded all the way thru, so you could put a mesh insert or a "air silencer" as they call it in the pneumatic world to pervent beads workin their way up the line if your concerned. Although i dont have any vibration problems at all myself, the bb fix did intrique me, and ill probably take a spin at it when its time to put some new tires on. I have the 1pc runflats on my 2pc 17", and i just bought the replacement hutchison beadlock insert (w/o runflat). Actualy just got them in today <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... rgreen.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> they will help cut down on the weight a bit. Last fall when i as changing the hub oil, i couldnt believe how heavy the wheels were; almost 180lbs+ each with the 10 ply toyos. I would be pretty screwed at the side of the road changing a flat by myself.

If a rebalance doesnt do the trick, my only other guess would be a torque converter shutter at the speed right after the t/c locks; which is around 70-75km/h
