Here's an interesting fact. Apparently, Arnold's first civilian Hummer had a Vette V8 (can anyone confirm this?).

Thank You for the useful and very interesting information about H1's.Unfortunately AM General didn't produce them a lot! Later on GM sacrificed H2 and H3. It's a pity that such stupid decision was made by GM! They could easy keep Hummer Brand alife or at least to sell it to somebody. I don't belief that just one Chinese Company willing to buy Hummer! But they want sometimes to keep their technology in secret!
