Just noticed a post on the facebook page for this event, that CHCH News and other media outlets will be there. Good time to get exposure to our club guys and gals.

Sweet. Come one guys, this is looking like a big show, with reps from the off-road community, media, etc. They are looking at making this an annual event for other charities down the road. Did I mention there is a Timmy's on site? We have more than this many people show up for a timmy's meet sometimes.... so consider it a Timmy's Meet, with benefits. LOL
<p style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">OK, So far then we have
<p style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">
<p style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">1. Gadgets
<p style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">2. Beets
<p style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">3. Tanky
<p style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">4. Rhino
<p style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">5. Roadblok (just because it is mandatory)
<p style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">6. The Judge

Update:
OK so here goes... the past couple days we have been working really hard with the growing number to make sure we have enough food for everyone, with the media coverage a number has been suggested that we could possibly see throughout the day. That number may or may not be accurate but we would have been happy to see 1000 people, yet the number we were told... up to 25,000 people. That being said Highland packers have stepped up and completely blown my mind. Instead of giving us 300 burgers, 300 dogs and 300 sausages, they are now supplying us with 2000 burgers, 2000 hot dogs and 2... yes 2 full pigs on Spitz. Plus they may be bringing the original stony creek ice cream truck. And a refridgerated truck to keep everything at the proper temps.
Second, I was contacted by Kent Wyatt the owner of Sport truck USA, the parent company to posi-loc, BDS suspension systems, JKS manufacturing and Zone... he is going to supply us with a certificate for their new line of adjustable control arms with forged flex ends from BDS, and from JKS a set of sway bar quick disconnects.
Also 4wd magazine is posting our event on their email newsletter and sending down some magazines to distribute.
We are in discussions about a few other prizes such ad a warn 9500 winch, sets of tires, and more
