The guy that owned the truck before you is still around on this forum. He traded it in to purchase a Ford Raptor.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the H3!! That is a really nice rig and well taken care of!! Am new to Canada myself, just got my PR status a couple weeks ago after living here for 10 yrs.  Going through the hoops to import my H3 so I can license it here, confuses some when they see NY plates LOL! Hope to see you out at a meet!!!

Thanks guys.  I don't have my PR yet but my job is pushing me hard to get that started. My car is still insured and registered in the States so we put the Hummer in my GFs name since she's Canadian and has insurance.  Trying to avoid a confusing international mess but she tried to add me as a secondary driver and let the cat out of the bag.  LOL  Now I have to get that all straightened out.

Good to hear everyone saying it's a good rig.  That's a relief.  I'll certainly try to show up to events and look forward to it.

Last years show at Upper Canada Mall had Roadblock and Givrdeseil (H1's) and Black Rhino our H3 Alpha modified (one of his last shows before more mods) If you want stuff we can point you to good suppliers. Also you may meet Brady who had an H1 now a cxt but still loves Hummers.

This is what you want to see with your old rig. Enjoyed and taken care off by someone else with the same passion.

Thanks guys.  Seems I've gotten in with a good bunch of people and a great rig.  I feel very fortunate.

Welcome to Canada...at least you get to drink real beer now! LOL!

I'm picking my new 2007 H3 on Tuesday. I to received mixed responses when I told friends of my purchase...but mostly comments of envy. To me driving a Hummer is a sign of not following the flock and driving something with attitude...it's a feeling!

Every vehicle has issues even brand new ones. I am fortunate enough to have a good friend at GM provide me with a complete history of my h3 iincluding work done, date and at how many Km's at the time of the repair.

One big ticket item I was glad to see was taken care of was a transfer case replacement...that would have been very expensive. I am expecting the dealer to repair a coolant leak I suspect is a common rad leak with the H3. If it's not fixed to my satisfaction I'll walk from the deal, however I expect they will take care of it by replacing the rad.

Looking forward to hearing of your experiences with your H3...enjoy!!!!!
