So far, a better turn out, 4 Canadian trucks and time still left to register.
Trying to get Kevin to bring to H2 out, Hopefully Markus,Chris, Andrea, maybe Liam,Paul (3 for 1 optical) will register soon.
There will be 2-3 trailered trucks going down ,so,if you did break, we can still get you home.

So what day are we heading down to Tenn.?
So far only 4 trucks, Roy,TC,Sub, and Canada1
I am more than likely heading down on Tuesday afternoon ,maybe early Wed., depending on if there is interest in a convoy.
Normal driving is 4 hrs per stop.( truck fuel stop for trailering trucks ) H1's can do an 8 hr run before fuel, but lets play safe just in case
Fueling stops....
full when leaving KW area or equivilent distance
Bowling Green Oh 4 hr 3 min
Lexington Ky 3 hr 55 min
Clinton Tn 2 hr 24 min
Hotel 24 min
With stops an estimated 12-13 Hour road trip
.
If heading out on the 22nd, we should be on the road before 7am.

Do not run a dealer plate across the border, could get interesting ,
if driving that ford, put some tires on the front end.
Tentitively,
we will be leaving London around 7 am. --12 hrs driving with stops.
May be heading out the night before if the other 2 are still in Florida.

I am planning to come back from Florida then go on the Wednesday 22Oct14 to the event. Need to do some work before but that might change.
Sub, I live in Newmarket so would be leaving 4:30am or so to meet up in London if the convoy is a go. If no convoy I would probably head down through Buffalo. Will keep you guys posted if any change in plans.
I spoke to Travis and he is now maxed out at
70 trucks and 160 people approx. "This is going to be crazy" I believe were his words.
Cheers,
Tom

Ya 70 trucks in the back end of the hotel.
This will be a blast.
Its not just the trucks, but the trailers and rigs that pulled them as well.
It looks like the food places may be a bit busy a couple of nights.
I know there is one or two unregistered trucks that may come as well.
Travis also mentioned about some LIVE bluegrass as a good possiblity.
