I did it, wanted to go wheeling so pushed ahead and got it all done in two evenings.
I already had 2 x 12" fans on the front, got rid of the factory shroud as it was all broken anyway, made a frame to mount a 16 and a 14 on the back, but turned out the frame was too big at the bottom, so got rid of the 14.
Had a bung added in the rad for the temp switch while the rad was being fixed.
Now runs nice and cool on long hill runs, on a highway run the engine coolant temp didnt get any higher than 93, on a long hill pull with my foot right in it, it got to 95 at the top, where previously I had to baby it as it got to 109.
Fans come on when going slow, but not at all when on the highway.
So, all in, I am real happy!
Will move my webasto to the front into the space I created as its inefficient running from the back, thats a project for another day.
While at it, I redid all my breathers as my hubs were leaking, now my hubs are no longer leaking!
