I did it, wanted to go wheeling so pushed ahead and got it all done in two evenings.

I already had 2 x 12" fans on the front, got rid of the factory shroud as it was all broken anyway, made a frame to mount a 16 and a 14 on the back, but turned out the frame was too big at the bottom, so got rid of the 14.
Had a bung added in the rad for the temp switch while the rad was being fixed.
Now runs nice and cool on long hill runs, on a highway run the engine coolant temp didnt get any higher than 93, on a long hill pull with my foot right in it, it got to 95 at the top, where previously I had to baby it as it got to 109.
Fans come on when going slow, but not at all when on the highway.
So, all in, I am real happy!
Will move my webasto to the front into the space I created as its inefficient running from the back, thats a project for another day.

While at it, I redid all my breathers as my hubs were leaking, now my hubs are no longer leaking!

Yes I would love to see your custom set up. What a great upgrade as now the fan shroud will not detonate by fan contact when the truck is flexed climbing over terrain or obstacles.

Ill get some pics tomorrow!
Just a simple frame really, using the bolt holes of the shroud to hold it all in place, the fan is spaced off the rad by 1", the guy who rebuilt my rad recommended not to put it against the rad and leave a gap, the 16" fan is 3200 cfm, so when its going it really draws a lot of air through.
