Just got off the phone w Mohawk horseracetrack and they told me we can use the parking lot and park facing along guelph line for meet and greet type of event at no charge (maybe because I'm a resident in the area???)


There is a casino restaurant etc but no horseracing on Sunday...but the slots will b open and we can go in

Mohawk area sounds do-able for me as well.  Although 25-90 acres of trails sounds appealing anywhere!

Well, lets get someone in charge and set a date and place. You cannot please everyone so the date and time should be in cement.
Get others to help you out in planning ..food, games, vendors, swap meet, ....
It normally is not too much work involved unless there is a lot going on. 

Remember there is my place available with a bar b q if required - Caledonia area

Anyone that uses the shoulder of a Hwy as another lane,during a major hummer (50+) convoy, is good in my books, heehhe

Having the meet at the Airport is not possible because of the red tape, I am offering my place for the Club Bar BQ. I am in the Hamilton Airport area (10 mins from). If anyone has a good date in mind let me know and we can start the list on who is interested. A date in July would be best as I will be working every weekend in August.
