Well.... After an hour and a half ride home, she rode like a dream!!!!

It was super windy, just before I got to Hamilton , "like 10 mins"

I heard a sound like a light fan hitting the shroud kinda sound, only under a load ,uphill type thing

But at idle or stopped "with peddle" no sound,

Lol I looked everywhere !!

Trying to find my squeaky/rattle needle in a hay stack,,,,,well, after a few test drives, I noticed it only happens when the engine got to normal operating temperature .

Figured it had something to do with heat, soooo I follow the exhaust wiggle everything ( my trucks old, everything squeaks) lol

Last stitch attempt I barely touched the manifold "passenger side" heat shield, and heard my familiar sound!!

Couple hits with a 2x4 piece of wood, and lol the dreaded heat rattle is gone!!

I can't stress how much it was bugging me, as I'm worried it was a unjoint, carrier bearing, or torque converter " we weren't to gentle with it due to space" or even shifter links,, but that was a nice easy fix!!

It's its, perfect , thanks again Roy for your work!!

Funny story, since we changed the tranny and transfer case, (that damn rattle I had, loud at times) I figured 100% had something to do with the work I recent done,....Hahaha

So I google squeaks / rattles, and yes, I did fine and fix a heat shield over the passenger side manifold "the front was broken, so I hose clamped it)thought maybe I did something stupid and broke it, then after a drive, still had the rattle, (only after 5 mins of driving )

I looked at tranny dip stick tube, (which I put in) and lol seen some wires squished against the manifold , so whewww removed and then reseated my tube.....putting all the wires etc on the body side to avoid the heat....

Then I find a ujoint cup on front dif, I didn't tighten all the way , "see a trend ....., lol all my faults" hehe

Also I checked all the tranny/ and transfer case linkages, perfect (as Roy did that, hehe)

After I was about to admit defeat, ( lol and call Roy) but I decide to look at my cooling fan, I had issues with the top clearance to shroud before but that was good and then I seeee, the drive side shroud was BARELY touching the top of the fan and the blade was shinny on top,, and I think with a forward breeze, it made it touch more...

I noticed I lost my rad to shroud steel plate that holds it together , not sure if when the tranny came out if motor tipped a little forward, or just plain slipped, but man I'm SO glad it was a simple thing, !!!!!

I went to crappy tire, bought a flat steel piece made 2 -45 degree bends to tie me over for now,

Over all, got some screw up I did fixed, and can enjoy ...........I hope
