Re: HOPE Program in Canada
Markus and I have faxed off our confirmation forms and should get our info and fancy stickers soon...HOPE has four in Canada now.. I will be informing our local Red Cross, let's see if we can do some good here and change the public's opinion of Hummer's and their owners!!

Derek,
I thought you needed to have off road experience to go to Tweed. I thought I should start of on something more appropriate for a newby???

Re: HOPE Program in Canada
Actually, if you are the only Newbie on the 22nd then you will be a pro by the end of the day with the combined knowledge of the rest of us teaching you, you'll probably be better than us! If you want a better trail to learn on join us next week in Quebec on Saturday the 8th in Weir, you will really learn all the capabilities of your Hummer and then some!
As for Hope, I have already past my Canadian Red Cross Certification and have emailed Mike to find out if one of our trails would qualify as a hope certification trail. Tony do you think our Saint Adolphe trail (the one we are running this saturday) would meet or exceed AMGs trail #2 and #3??? I think it exceeds them personally.

Kev,
not sure what trails they had when ou were there, the #3 Orange trail was the one we needed to do for the trail certification, but they also had a #3 Red and then the #3 RED EXTREME..H1s only...damn it was muddy that day and by the time I go to #3 Orange, the H1s had a;ready made two passes on it and ripped it all up... what a mess! <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... >/grin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';D' /> <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... >/grin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';D' /> <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... >/grin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';D' /> but fun!
