I only have 4 decals.  I'de be willing to mail 2 of them to one of the Russian Hummer Club members for the promise of them mailing me 2 of theirs.  The first one to PM with their mailing info I'll send them out!!

This week I should get a few RUSHUMMER CLUB decals.

Could you guys (who is interested to get one Russian) coordinate one point of shipment to Canada and send me back the same number of your decals?

I already have an address of RADDAK and could send all our decals to him if RADDAK is willing to distribute them to you once he's got them.

2 of them I'm sending to RADDAK as we agreed. By DHL.
