I had a blast yesterday!!!! Sorry to those that had issues - JL - don't forget that it should be under warranty so don't throw money out the window.... I hate shaw so I'd get it fixed there with the new part.... then have ford double check it nd make sure everything is good because you're right.... they are idiots at Shaw...

Gary must be ok as I was going to charge my old phone and text him when I got back home from Red Deer but I saw him on the highway just North of Bowden heading home so he must have fixed her up...

Thanks to all for a great day again! I'm actually feeling better about winter runs now, but I must admit - having that front locker now is a big part of it! I just wish we got on video my little rescue of 2 stuck 3's at once.... <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... lleyes.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

So as we discussed - we should each post our Cell's and emails attached to our phones so we have everyones info.. Especially now as I had to get a new number... Here's me: 403-797-4466 info@mortgageresults.ca

Glad to hear you got a hold of a bearing, where did you end up buying it from?

Yeah that Jeep was crazy, I love the rear suspension setup in it! Thing sounded like a high pitched diesel when he was messing around in the snow!

Sure Dave, what a tragedy you didn't get a shot of the double H3 rescue... <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':P' />

Glad to hear that all went well - I was kinda worried and felt bad as I had to be in Red Deer in the morning, LOl - but I did cheer when I saw you heading North as you are pretty hard to miss!

I don't know about that wheel bearing thing, but it's early for me to say and I think I heard B-Man say that he's already done his, so each year is probably a bit of an over exaggeration but every few years may not be unheard of especially seeing how we use ours off road!

Well, I did have a huge blast on Saturday - most all of my reservations went out the window - plus being with OUR group provides alot of confidence as well as I don't think we could have a better group of people! Missed you Karl!! We were thining of you and sharing a few laughs lovingly at your expense of course! <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... /laugh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Any word yet on Baby #4 yet? Names picked??

Well well ain't that a kick in the nuts. Here I thought I'd be getting all kinds of updates about how bad it was out there - all cold and too much snow, wrecked rigs and shit.

But NOOOOOOOOOOOO. Ya'll had to go and have all kinds of fun huh?<img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... #>/huh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='???' /> Image

Man. JL and Gaza, besides your breakdowns it sounds like it was pretty wicked out there! Damn I missed out.

Just kidding really. I'm stoked for all of you and hope you take care everyone... see you on the next one!

Karl

PS. No baby as of now. Could change in the next few hours of course Image

Damn I feel like Karl ...my bill is gonna be around $2500 when all said and done lol ..whatever its just money and doing those digs in all that snow was awesome ....almost all the repairs are items that were older and needed replacing anyways ..wheel bearings , upper/lower ball joints but the weird thing was just when I got back into Edmonton I lost all oil pressure when truck would idle ...well the o-ring on my pick-up in the oil pan went ..fantastic ! ....But the one that pisses me off is those brand new Fabtech tie rods i installed in the summer are done already , well one side , not happy about that ..my stock ones lasted longer . Whatever , I already ordered the Kryptonite tie rods (lifetime warranty)....I swear to god Im just gonna rip out that front end and put a solid front end in with a dana 60 ...dont think me and my mechanic havent dicussed this already lol ...ahh its nice not having kids (sorry dave lol)

LOL - your day is coming man!!! I remember being single and free.... married life was kewl as could still do the things I liked.... then all of a sudden... "where the hell did they come from???"

But seriously - nothing like it... you'll know the feeling some day!

Just means I have to move a little slower with my mods..<img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... /angry.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Putting a Dana 60 in the front would be bad ass - would make that entire front end a heck of a lot stronger! alot of modifications to that though, a complete redesign of the front drivetrain.. should be able to be done though! You'll loose front end clearance but your has been reduced anyway with the fabtech gear so really no difference.... you'll be able to take those trails much faster!

? Cuz you don't have the straight axle differential like the rear... or were you thinking something different?

The one nice thing about the independent front suspension - does give pretty good clearance..

So what's up with the engine?<img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... #>/huh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='???' />
