If it works out and I'm on days off, I'm in for another roadtrip!

Hello ladies <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... rgreen.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
Checking in from overseas... Google, Youtube and Photobucket are all blocked by the great firewall of China, but I guess Canadian Hummer Club is way too cool for that cold treatment <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... e_wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='
' />
I had 24 hours of airport and flight time last weekend getting here because I had to connect through Hong Kong (Apparently Redford was flying executive class for some Alberta thing to China and I couldn't get any tickets for the direct flight!!! <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... ey-055.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':curse:' /> )
City is pretty fun, but crossing the road here is incredibly stressful. You basically J-walk across a road that is 12 lanes wide... (seriously, I just counted them out my window) feels a bit like playing frogger. Luckily I am working less than a block away so I just try to go with the herd. Workin at this crazy looking 20 story building that is shaped like machinery, I will post a picture of it when I get back.
Stopped by the birdnest yesterday when I was finding a place to eat (Oddly enough TGI Friday's). It is all lit up with red now since the last time I was here. There is also some crazy looking sky scraper going up near my hotel that has what looks like lilly pads on the top, lol!
Going to go out exploring tonight (3:00am = 5:00pm here). I will post a few more updates in the coming weeks. Maybe I can figure out how to host pictures somewhere in the mean time.
Cheers gents!
