On the first pic, the H2, is that an ATV winch on the bumper?! What's he going to pull with that, a pedal car? I don't get it

A little shiny can be nice when done right, but I prefer Stainless then but harder to find.
I have a bigger winch(XT30) on my Rubicon ATV then was on that first pic and bumper.
Maybe it was to pull his Bushguard and Hood open <img src='

Actually my atv seems to have a bigger winch then that,maybe he ran out of cash
