That quote was a word for word response from Road Armor directly when I asked about cutting the bar at the front and also about adjustments needed for the airbag.

The reason I had asked about cutting to fit things in is because when I was looking at a DeFelice install over at FourWheeler.com I noticed they had to cut out that front frame bar (on 08' and up H3's) to fit the winch in.

When I was looking at the ARB before I thought it was only rated for around a 10,000lb winch, not size wise, but strength wise. On the web site the spec sheet only shows up to a 9,500lb winch, although maybe it is just the biggest winch they could fit in. Something to ask ARB about directly about I guess.
