Interesting article here... Steering problem applies to Corvettes but sounds similar to your problem. H3 recalss mentioned might be applied to your truck too...worth reading anyways:

That sounds dead bang.... It sounds like it's in the stabilitrac system and not the steering. If the system is faulty - could cause one side or the other to brake without cause.
Print the article and take it in to them and state that this is a serious safety concern and has been noted to you - you are now responsible by turning me away if anything goes wrong. Skip the drones in the Bay and ask for the service manager and only deal with him now and say you have a lemon that Shaw sold you and is now giving a constant run around...

Yeah there is no way they can turn me away, I know how to duplicate it exactly now.
Basically if I am making a left turn, the longer I turn in one direction (either left or right) the more pressure builds up to turn the truck the other direction... so much so that if I let go of the wheel spins and throws the truck out of control; it will go past the straight position and in the opposite direction you are turning... now I can man-handle the damn thing to control it, but if I have to take one of those 360 degree turn off ramps, I am pretty much screwed.
I don't understand how stabilitrac would influence the steering though, it doesn't feel like one side is braking.

Just test drove it with stabilitrak and TC turned off... no change, it fights like crazy.
It has basically become reverse power steering, I think it needs to be flat bedded to the dealer because it is way too dangerous to drive like this.

I wonder.. have you tried engaging/disengaging the front locker? It sounds like severe understeer which you would experience if the front wheels were locked on dry pavement..

If it was engaged it would skip the tires on sharp corners, the wheel movement is actually aligned and smooth... just the steering is screwy.

It may just feel like it is in the steering.....
When turning left like you say... if the Stabilitrak engages the brake on the right front wheel only... It would feel like the steering is pulling you back in the opposite direction.
It sounds like it's confused and doesn't like it when you turn so it compensates for it...
I may be wrong... but that's what it sounds like....

Sweet!

Have you been offroading? If you have, where is your favorite spots? It'll be cool to have another Yellow Truck out there
