Gathering all the hotel information this week and moving forward.. preregistration forms will be mailed out to those who expressed interest already, please let me know if you do not get yours prior to the end of this week...

Hotel is confirmed, lunches are being organized, etc... some information will still be requested, like last time and will be again (please make sure your information and passports are current), please keep an eye out as we secure and lock in the agenda, the registration forms are coming..

Okay so the info is out.. it has been mailed to only those who committed to come, we will see if we have any seats left after the forms come back in...maybe one spot only tops..but who knows send me a PM if you did not receive your package and registration form..
