Ugh, I searched online and found someone that went through this and it was the PCM.... I don 't want to even imagine how much that will be let alone how long it would take to get it.
If that's the case - I won't go through shaw and be subject to their mark-up. I've ordered parts from the dealer in Montanna that actually ships to Canada as I guess alot of people do this, and get it sent up Fed Ex and it will still be cheaper and here in under week instead of 3-4 weeks...

This sounds like the perfect excuse to get yourself a tune, talk to the guys at PCM for Less!!! They have nothing but top notch reviews from the guys on Club Hummer, they can send you a new one tuned for your exhaust and better shift points!

Re: Alberta June Trail Run
So the end of the day - nothing wrong with my charging system, it did end up being the battery.. How the system knew it though is beyond me though! That's why it was the last thing that I thought of!
E-Mortal is just finishing his testing and I'll have her back tomorrow. CB installed so looking forward to that especially having blue tooth! Just have to get it tuned sometime before the 4th...
Speaking of the 4th..... Anyone else coming with?<img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... #>/huh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='???' /> Anyone at all?<img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... #>/huh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='???' /> I wanna get to the lake or falls and climb some hills along the way!!

I will be there rain or shine man!! I'll get a hold of B-man too and see if he's coming. If Rick and Brian come that'll be a nice group of 4 which is OK by me!!
But yeah no one else wanna come?! <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... ey-013.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':wtf:' />
So bizarre about that battery... I remember when you bought that thing and it's practically brand new!!

Re: Alberta June Trail Run
I know! Also shows how crappy my diagnostic skills are!!! Oh well, anything wierd from this point, I'll get Rick to check and then from there hopefully I can do the work.
It was off - I had another unrelated issue while she was at E-Mortal that a wire attached to the shifting mechanism broke so it wouldn;t go into gear. Talked to Rick and I guess it's a common issue with some of the GM vehicles but he didn;t realize that the H2's used the same design (Which obviously isn;t the best) but luckily he found it and luckily by fluke it happened there and was a quick fix once he found the problem.
That's why I emphasize E-Mortal now to anyone I come across, and thanks again to B-Man for passing the name..., Rick stayed late yesterday to get the truck done.
4 trucks is actually a nice size group! looking forward to it!

The trip is too soon for me; I am in the middle of a landscaping fun fest which is costing me an arm and a couple of legs (JL, you are still an H3 guy at heart... got an extra leg or two?). I need the truck over the next couple of weeks to haul materials, then for a road trip shortly after. I don't want to jinx anything.

Yeah good idea to just take it easy then... If there were the slimmest of chances my legs could be reattached after lending them to you, you know I would!!!
It'll be a lean mean group that's for sure, if things go smoothly we could try an epic run to the falls AND the lake?! It's gonna be muddy again that's for sure!!

Re: Alberta June Trail Run
Got my baby back today and the CB on the dash looks great! I don't want to use it without it being tuned so I'll hang tight.
So Rick's in for sure! Supposed to be a nice week from tomorrow on so hopefully it will dry up a bit for the run. At least all the snow will be washed away. Maybe we'll actually make it to the falls this time if the creeks aren't running too high.. if not - just looking forward to some nice icky fun!

Re: Alberta June Trail Run
FFFUuuuuuuuuu.... my basement flooded this weekend; I got home from work and started to relax... when downstairs to grab something and as I stepped off the bottom stairs "Squish Squish Squish.... Squish"
Dammit, really not happy right now. Spent my whole weekend trying to stay on top of it, even today it is still coming in from every little nook and cranny.
