Friday Nov 25th is fast approaching...just 4 more sleeps until the big Toy Mountain kickoff in Young Dundas Square! <img src='
http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... iggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='

' />
What to expect:
Bells will be ringing and carolers will be singing, featuring music from The Salvation Army Brass Band and Carollers!
The Event will be hosted by CTV's Tom Brown, and will be broadcast live, on CTV Toronto’s NEWS AT SIX from the event.
The official Toy Mountain Launch Start time is set for 6:00pm-7:00pm.As with most street parties, you are welcome to show up anytime, and leave anytime.
At approximately 4:30, Longo's will be there serving cupcakes, and McDonalds will be serving coffee for those who decide to come early.
Police will be shutting down streets to allow for the film crews and sponsors to set up for the event. So Derek Anthony and I will be there early, to park the Hummer(s) in the Square. CHC will be represented 1 or 2 hummers depending on the amount of Toy Donations we receive by then.
Unfortunately, we cannot ALL park at the event due to obvious space issues. You will have to find your own parking or take subway or train in.
The choir and band will play until around 8:00pm.

So tomorrow is the big launch and thanks to all our members we have been able to completely "stuff" the CHC H2..there are still a few drop off areas and Members we need to pick up from today, and with our fingers crossed...maybe we will have enough to have the H1 stuffed as well but time will tell.
So, if you are in the Toronto area tomorrow and downtown, please make sure to drop by Yonge and Dundas square, we will be located on the Yonge street side, right in front of the Eaton Centre, talk about a prime location, come out and share in the excitement and fun that Christmas has to offer..
And for those that will be taking part in the Black Friday events later tonight and early tomorrow morning...you can bring your gifts tomorrow to the square and drop off as well...we are also accepting any brand new Ball Caps, T-shirts, etc for teenager s as well, so let your imagination go wild!
Thanks again for making a difference! <img src='

Rhino right now has a teddy bear two balls and 2 puzzels on board to add to our load handed in already. We are clearing it and putting in our cargo bars to block off the area behind the front seats. we will park as close as possible if not on square. Rhino now has more Xmas lights and tinsel than at Xmas gathering. Let's Stuff A Family of Hummers.
