Well, i was almost going to postpone coming today. When i do runs over 50 clicks i always check the truck for basics. Raising the wheels and giving them a wiggle to check and i found both my rear upper ball joints were loose, passenger side was really loose, meaning the four locknuts holding the ball joint in had some play. I got them as tight as i could with hand tools but they need to be torqed down with air for sure. At first i was thinking spindle nut issue as im using the stock ones. In fact the drivers side rear does seem to have some spindle play. might have to check that today if we have time. I made a video but no time to post it. I found this out a 4 am when i got to the shop and started running my checks. I thought i was toast for showing up today but i think i will be ok. Im going to take it easy getting there and may leave a little earlier. Its 6;15 now so i should still be there on time.
Lesson for the day is check check check. Sure glad i did.

Hope you guys have a good day.
Having my own little wrenching party here out west...
Both vehicles in yesterday. I managed to get the Corvette out till Monday so I at least have something to drive this weekend. Just getting a few carbon fiber bits installed. The Hummer will be in for a while. Needs a front blower motor "again", a block heater and I've got a small parasitic power drain to find.
Would have rather spent the day with you fellas.
Hope you get everything fixed up over there guys.
why upside down?... no idea

Well Saturday has come and gone and it was nice out there.
I showed up in the a.m. to replace some window switches and my air filter clamp, so now no tools needed to change my air filter.
Next time I go there I will have to fix a minor seal leak in my rear passenger output shaft and possibly look for an air leak I think would be my passenger side as well front.
Greenmeanies truck was on the Hoist when I got there. (Nice truck) the man did a hell of a lot of work on that truck as you can see every Bolt & Nut has been pulled off and put back on.
Here are some pics of his truck when I showed up

Plus it's kind of nice to see Parts on that you think about putting on in person.
Lol, it's sort of gives me a chance to size up the job in my head like when I saw his power master starter
