These look just like the McMasterCarr quick disconnects, only with the air nipple.Not sure if their coupler has the shut off internal.

A bit late but I just saw the required fittings at a fastenal store. They had the quick disconnects, elbows etc.

Hey Dave were these the McMaster ones? I've dealt with multiline fasteners in Mississauga and they guy said he could get those parts for me.



I had each wheel valved off when Phil was doing the safetly for me last year but I kept the CTIS lines just in case I wanted to put quick release units back on. Now I'm wondering if I should still do it.

Regardless of if you use them or not, you should keep the center hole on the hubs capped, If not they will get dirt in them and this can screw up the seals. They also leak oil, making a mess on the wheels.



As far as putting the lines back on, they are usefull off road but for street driving you don't need them and it is actually better not to have them on. If they are on, the tires will go flat. It might take a while but all the CTIS systems leak a bit so you will have to pump them up from time to time.  Re-inflating the tires is not big deal but if the truck is sitting for a long time you don't want it sitting on flat tires as this is not so good for the tires.
