Holy Crap!!! How and when did he do that?<img src='
http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... #>/huh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='???' /> After we left them in the clearing??? He must had aimed for it then??? Tough luck there as the damage looks substantial! Those ARB Bumpers can tell a hell of a hit so to have it crumpled like that as well as the entire front end.... He hit that tree Very hard!
I'm also glad you agree - Hummers stick together!

I tried to use my little compressor to go from 34psi to 35psi.... so the TPMS sensor would turn off, I let it run for 15 minutes and it didn't do anything for those big tires.
So I finally got around to picking up an ARB portable air-compressor, should come in handy for this run!

A post from Fraser on Beyond.ca
Looks like it was a complete write off; that really sucks
I want to thank everyone who came out for this. You made my last wheeling trip for a while a great time and a chance to meet a lot of great people. Took a bit longer than expected since conditions had drastically changed in only a week, but everyone got through.
Some of you already know, but I had a small problem coming home that resulted in an accident on Ranger Station corner. I hit a strip of ice with all 4 tires and, I don't remember this, pulled a complete 360 and buried the front end into a tree. The people that I have talked to have said that if it wasn't for the ARB bumper I would have been killed or severely injured. Unfortunately the Jeep is a write off, so the current plan is to part it, buy a car and then buy another offroad toy once I'm done school and have a real job. Maybe I'll be joining the Hummer club in 2 years
Thankfully I walked away from the crash without a single scratch on me, which is the important thing.

Ouch.... That sucks!!1 He obviously didn't have collision I guess eh? I believe him with the bumper though... that baby would have absorbed/deflected alot of the energy from the collision (as will yours) which is what they are designed to do... but again... he walked away.....
I almost feel bad with my news...... NO DAMAGE!!!!! I can't freakin believe it!!!!!! Sure one major alignment... but no damage!!!!!
That's why I drive a Hummer Baby..YEAH!!!!

No Damage!! That is some good news!
So what is the story with the sale, have you picked one to keep yet or are you going to keep trying to sell one for a while? Even I can hear the ARB compressor, bumper & locker calling your name...

Still have them both for sale..... i love them both so really don't care which one sells....
The H3 has been my baby.... but the family fits better in the H2. We also have a Honda Pilot which was the family car which is why it really doesn't matter which one I keep. I am baffled that the H2 has not sold! far as I can tell - this is the cheapest H2 in Canada and I have only had a few calls.... but yet the exact one will sell out of Maclin Ford for $15k more!..... I really think for more expensive vehicles... people are going to the dealers and I don't know why....
The bumper and lockers are 2 things I really want to do though.... I'm thinking bumper first as I really don't plan on going out in the snow again anytime soon. A late spring run would be fun as even though there will be snow on the ground.... you're also going to have clear spots which will make these runs alot more fun.....

That is weird, if it is priced right it should sell.
You have it listed with CanadaTrader.com right?

Yup - Only other 2008 is an SUT in Red Deer for $63k.... less mileage but still $13k more. You can get a brand new crate engine for the difference aside from the fact that it is warrantied until 160k.....
I just don't get it...
