Re: Where is Alberta

So... Easter being April the 4th.... How about March 27th for another run?

What does everyone/anyone think?

I think it should be thawed enough by then or we can wait until April 10th?

I have a feeling the 10th would work out best for me.

Maybe you could buy a winch next Nick... that way it would be 30% cheaper for me two weeks later  <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... >/grin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';D' />

Just for sh1ts and giggles I used my onboard air to air up the other day.  Took just under 5 minutes a tire; quite a bit quicker then I thought.

Not sure if April 10th would work for me.  I'm thinking about heading south that week for a little vacation.  Once it gets colder I wouldn't mind heading out any time right after a fresh snow fall.  I think the truck trails would be a lot of fun with some fresh stuff to throw around.

Yeah tell me about it, I can't believe the price diference.

Maybe April 4th would work better? I will leave off the side-steps just in case you guys want to hit the trails after a fresh snow fall in the meanwhile.

Sounds good - I have BFG AT's 37's going on the H2 on Monday so I'd take that one I think if there is snow on the ground....

I'm fairly easy on dates - do you wanna make a post as last I did..... no one responded..... I don;t think anyone likes me...  :'(

lol, going with A/T's for the winter eh!  <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... /smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />   Now you will have to tow me up the hills! lol

Can't wait to see the new H2 up close, this will be the official off-road breaking in right? With those big goofy chrome rims on it before it must have been a pavement princess in a former life!

Gawd no... I got rid of those stupid rims finally and have stock back on. Got a good deal on 4 37" with 80% left as those friggin tires are over $400 each...  35's aren't too bad for price but man they nail you when you go into 37's!!

I want to do a small lift on the H2 as well along with wheel spacers instead of buying new rims... I do like how the Hummer rims look...

Wouldn't mind trying them out one day prior to the snow going.... I just won't hit any of those insane hills!

Yeah no more crazy hills for me, I won't be able to put a winch in before the spring without getting an earful from the wife over the bill  <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... iggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

Although on the plus side it looks like I might be getting some partial sponsorship for my autocross season which would free up some of my race budget currently earmarked for those events. I am kind of excited as I have never been sponsored for my hobbies before! lol

Hard finding time.... I'm developing our basement at the same time and of course the only time that I have is on weekends....  Just put in the Marble floot in the bar area and the wet bar goes in this week...  Slow Slow process.....

What type of autocross do you do?
