Just purchased a blue 2007 H3 with Adventure package and 120,000 Km's for $17,900.
Pick it up Tuesday but putting it up on the hoist before "final"purchase. Interior and exterior is in incredible shape... So of a week from now I will be officially part of the Hummer Club!
Here she is...

Chip, based on the link, I did not see the button to lock the rear differential, and that is the main item for an H3 that comes with the adventure package.
If you want to see how the button looks like, please do an image search, type Hummer H3 adventure package button
Also H3 with adventure package should have a different tire size than the regular H3.
Because I have seen dealers advertise an H3 for sale with an adventure package, but in fact it is just the regular H3.

congratulation on your acquisition, and welcome to the club
as for the adventure package i don't think that you have it
clue 1
Adventure didn't come with chrome , i suspect that you have a luxury edition
clue 2
on most vehicle the spare is one tire that is never changed, and yours is a GoodYear Wrangler RT/S 265/75R16 city tire, and I suspect that its the original of the truck
The Adventure would have had a Bridgestone Dueler 285/75R16 off road
clue 3
as mentioned by WIBS, in the center above the radio you should have 4H 4H Lock 4L Lock if it would be an adventure you would have had another button on the far right with an axle diagram on it with an X on the rear diff indicating rear lock
On my 2006 that was adventure i had it , in 2007 adventure it was there, 2008 regular and alpha they started to have front and rear diff lock, we can verify with Rhino he has one, on my 2009 adventure i had it as well as my 2010 Alpha
the fact that you don't have that button means that you dont have that capability to individually lock your diff.
Like this picture
on the 2008-2012 they will get front and rear locker, this is mine
it doesn't take any off-road capability of your H and don't worry you'll be able to go where ever we go . The saying " Chrome wont get you home " might be true for some other brand of vehicle but it doesn't apply to your hummer
So Welcome, I an happy to have another H3 Brother in the family, enjoy, don't be afraid, you will go where no one has dared to go before, mouahahahaha!

Looks sweet Chip! Great looking condition. Like Archngel says, you will be able to go anywhere in your H3. When I bought my H2 I considered the H3 just a street truck with extra capabilities, I was wrong, the H3 is a VERY capable off road truck worthy of the Hummer name. Enjoy, and again welcome to the club.

Yup it has the 4H 4H Lock and 4L Lock but doesn't have the axl button.
I also had a friend at GM run the VIN with all the options on the vehicle (not that I know what half of them are lol).
Tire size on the VIN listing s 265/75R 16 but I didn't check what was actually on there.
Whatever it is...I sure do like it...drives great!
I am having a truck mechanic friend look at it on the hoist before I pay the balance owing. Comes certified and etested...but I want to check myself for potential tranny or oil pan leaks etc...dealer says he will have it n the hoist when I come to pick it up and will diagnose and repair any issues (believe that when I see it).

Ok just to add to my post above I did some more research and I have the 1SC "Luxury Package" and not the "Adventure Package" like the uninformed sales guys told me. I am still ok with this because the main use for me will be business and family pleasure driving and not so much the hard core off roading(sorry guys...lol!).
My only concern before I pay the balance is my mechanic friend noticed what may have been tranny fluid seepage on a pan under the vehicle...not sure if its a sign of a potential bigger problem? The dealer said they would "diagnose and repair" but I don't want a band aid fix. I can still walk away from the deal if this turns our to be more that it appears to be. Test driving I didn't notice anything strange with the tranny but we also noticed coolant was low as well.
I have requested it be up on the hoist for my mechanic to inspect before I pay the balance.
Hoping this all turns out well because cosmetically she is beautiful.

Ok I think what we were seeing is a coolant leak from the rad (based on my research). There was a slight amount of coolant under the hood and on the fan shroud and the overflow canister was low.
Dealer says they will replace the rad if necessary.
I'll keep ya posted on how this plays out.....
Supposed to pick it up this Tuesday.

Hi Chip, I hope the dealer can fix all of the issues with the H3 before you have to hand over the final cash....

if the overflow tank is very low and it appears that the rad was leaking, coolant under the hood from splashing and on the fan shroud, maybe it overheated for any kind of reason, clog rad, stuck thermostat, hose or rad leak, just make sur the engine wasn't damaged, make him do compression test on all cylinder to confirm no cylinder head damages. Kevin ( Polar Bear ) can surely give some tips on what to look for in those cases. Other than that I don't think you'll have any problem and you will enjoy it very much.

Yes I'm betting the rad is the issue...speaking with the dealer. Had a GM friend give me all of the work history that has been done n the vehicle. Most substantial is a transfer case replacement a about 54,000kms ...other items were relatively minor. It has one recall f the hood louvre that has not been performed yet... Any suggestions where to get ths de in South Western Ontario?
