Re: Alberta November Trail Ride
well, in the end - once again I had a blast!!! I am really liking the McLean Creek area .... it was a really nice relaxed run... I loved having lunch by the fire!! And I really got a kick out of coming across the home made outhouse that was out there!! Hillarious seeing how this was the first time that my girls came along with me and what do we come across....
So of course I had to stop and make them use it!!!! Can't believe someone bought one of those small side sheds (half a shed) and added the bench on the inside into a hole.... someone was definitely thinking there and awesome to do that at their expense.... should have put a donation box on the inside!
Karl - great having you again buddy, Maddy had a great time looking after Kelton (Hope I'm spelling that right), and made me proud of her that he was ok staying at home while we got parts as I know he's a wee bit shy and a Daddy's boy!.. so he took to her pretty good!
B-Man - sorry dude you had to leave early but don't blame you a bit as it sucks getting stranded out there...
AWESOME DAY ONCE AGAIN!!!!

I've had my head and ass in and out of my truck ripping apart my interior for the last 3 days on and off. I decided to tear out carpets and underliner!! Just got the front seats back in tonight... tomorrow have to reassemble rear seats and the entire console. Was a much bigger job than I thought it would be. Went to a place in town here that does custom undercoating and truck bed liners.. they said they could apply a 1/4" thick coating of rubber on the floor for $500. That will happen soon... I figured since this last run I got interior soaked and muddy for the second time.. I need a better solution. No carpets is one way...if it's too loud I'll get the rubber laid too.
