If the flanges are moving up and down the same amount front and rear, I would encourage you to pull the axle shafts (use a slide hammer) the splines may be getting worn and therefore allowing extra movement. Also your axle shaft bearing is probably weak and should be replaced. It is also possible that your Diff may need a new center...if so install front and rear ARB Air Lockers...they are very strong and will give you way more traction!!

I scrapped the harness and made it user friendly, then started it to make sure everything was still working fine and to run the codes.

But Quick Question...Are you sure the body will clear the exhaust??? That sure looks like WAY more pipe than will clear the dog house and the floor cut-out!!!

Not positive, but that I can fix in 10 min. If it's to tight I'll cut and reweld the down pipe to make it fit. The main thing that I'm worried about is the heads fitting between the dog house verticals. So far on this swap I have learned that there's not much room for error, this is a tight fit.
