Dave's keyboard sure types nice comments!
Yeah the camera & lens combo is unreal, in fact I can't believe that it is classed as an entry camera. I took 100+ photo's of the day and not one was out of focus or had bad light. The lens I optioned with it lets in way more light than the old kit lens I had before, plus it zooms in father. The camera itself is a rabid dog when it comes to acquiring focus points. Some of the pictures I take I get 30+ points showing up! My old camera had a maximum of 3.
As for editing, the only thing I use is Adobe Lightroom. I take pictures in RAW *.NEF format so they contain a lot of information, and this software just lets me develop the photo based on that.
My old camera is actually ok, but the lens had a date with a rock last time we went out to the falls. I got it back in 2008, I figured it was a sign I should get something a little newer.

Nice Trails!
I am stunned at your lack of snow and cold!
We have both in our region!

Feels like we spent most of the day standing around, did enjoy the burgers though!
On a side note, I was cleaning out the Defender yesterday and I found a nice 5/16 wrench left behind by the previous owner, which makes up for the one I left with those guys on the trail.

Now That's funny!!!
I hear what you are saying.... I feel a little unfulfilled as well....
Love Greg's idea from a trip down south for a couple days... Lillie/plane crash one day and maybe racehorse creek the second.... We should start thinking on that...

That does sound like fun, and with any luck I will make the next run.
My H1 is back up and running. RR hub replaced, the 3 other hubs cleaned, and a new starter installed.
Good thing it was a long weekend!!!
