LADY'S AND GENT'S GET READY FOR THE FIRST EVER HUMMER RALLY 2010

LOCATION: ST. SAUVEUR QUEBEC

Friday May 21, 2010 through Sunday, May 23, 2010

I am pleased to have you join my family and I, for this great event; you are in for a great ride!

Please ensure that your HUMMER is ready for this adventure. Please be sure to top off

your HUMMER with fuel PRIOR to the days activities. A CB or GMRS/FRS radios with an

external antenna for trail communication is a requirement for this event. Please bring

weather appropriate clothing . Please, bring your camera and take lots of pictures!!

We will use these pictures on our website.

We have hotel rooms blocked in St. Sauveur & St. Jerome plus camping grounds in

Morin Heights. I have listed the Info below.

Hotel Registration must be done no later than May 7, 2010

Mountains. This is a chance for Hummer lovers, to enjoy a day out with the family and friends.

The Rally will take us from St. Sauveur to St. Agathe,

and back to St. Sauveur….THIS WILL BE A RALLYDAY

NO OFF ROAD YES I SAID NO OFF ROAD!! Minimum 2

per truck, all off road will be on Sunday

Our second day of adventure….OFF ROAD….for all levels…first time no

problem….come on down. We have trails for you. Will tour many of the rugged and scenic

trails in and around Weir. See what your hummer can do off road!

Event Requirements

•HUMMER Vehicle (H1, H2, H3, H3T) AND “TOYOHUMMER”

•LUNCH FOR Saturday & Sunday (EXTRA WATER) NO ALCOHOL

•Digital Cameras A MUST!!!!!

•GPS devices (GARMIN, TOMTOM…ETC) IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A GPS

PLEASE LET ME KNOW

•Weather Appropriate Clothing / bug spray (just in case)

•RAIN GEAR

•RUBBER BOOTS

•CB Radio, GMRS/FRS radios with an external antenna for trail communication

•First Aid Kit

•Basic tool kit -recommended

•Jack and Spare Tire

•Extraction gear (2 -3/4” clevis, 20’ x 2” recovery strap (25,000lb+ breaking strength)) No

Chains or straps with hooks will be allowed ( if you have)

•Owners with a winch –be sure it works prior to the event

•Tire Pressure Gauge

•Full Tank of Fuel PRIOR to start of each day Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited for any events. If

you are found to have such a beverage during the event with you, you will be subject to removal from the

event / club without refund. Un-safe driving and or conduct that may be deemed unsafe will not be tolerated

and may subject your dismissal from the event / club. Please pick up after yourself. What you take with you,

you take back out

what is the new count?? we HAVE a LARGE club now..should be 40 trucks easy!!!

OK.. time to start the running count.. currently you have 16.. confirmed or tentative?? what is the breakdown how many H1s, H2s, and H3s??
